Summary
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA, Luxembourg) is requesting proposals (RFP, reference RUZ26005) for the supply of spare parts for the PzH2000 self-propelled howitzer (Package 6). This is a firm fixed price supply contract with delivery terms FCA Contractor's Facility (Incoterms 2020). The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 (critical parts subject to additional requirements) and Lot 2 (all other, non-critical parts). Partial bids for individual line items are permitted, and contracts will be awarded on a line-item basis. The items, quantities and detailed quality requirements (AQAP) are described in a separate 'List of Items' annex, which was not provided for this summary. Key requirements: items must be new, from current production (surplus/refurbished items may also be accepted on a prioritised basis); NSN/part numbers with drawing and parts list references; ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management certification; and a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) in accordance with the AQAP 2070 model. Lot 1 requires a build standard document, and NSPA may require a First Article Test. Use of BAAINBw drawings is, in principle, disqualifying. Participation is restricted to suppliers located in NATO member countries that are registered in the NSPA Source File and on the e-Procurement platform. Warranty is 2 years; liquidated damages for late delivery are 1% per week (maximum 10%). The RFP was issued on 30 June 2026; the Bid Closing date will be announced on the e-portal (notice deadline 16 October 2026). Bids must remain valid for 6 months from closing. Evaluation criteria are technical compliance, acceptance of terms and conditions, and the lowest total price per line item. Note: The procurement includes annexes (e.g. List of Items, Price Proposal Form) that could not be read, and their content has not been taken into account in this summary.
