Eligibility: the bidder must be an operational PeopleCert Accredited Training Organization (ATO) established in a NATO member country for all three courses. Trainers must hold current PeopleCert Approved Trainer accreditations and have at least 3 years' experience in P3M training in a defence/public-sector/multinational environment.
