NSPA – Guided Precision Aerial Delivery System (GPADS) (FBO 26LBS069)

Summary

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has published an advance notice (Future Business Opportunity, FBO No. 26LBS069) of a potential procurement of Guided Precision Aerial Delivery Systems (GPADS). The requirement concerns airdrop cargo systems equipped with autonomous guidance systems for various payloads and parachute capacities, including training, maintenance support, spare parts/consumables and technical documentation. The preliminary five-year quantity estimate covers autonomous guidance units for payloads of 25–10,000 lb (20–60 units of each capacity), parachutes in various size classes (60–2,100 ft², 30–70 units of each type), technical documentation (8 sets), spare parts/consumables (12 sets), maintenance support services (7 units) and optional training (including operator, parachute rigger, container, GPS repeater and cargo airdrop training, 10–15 units of each). The quality requirements are a recognised quality management system, AQAP 2110 and an OEM Certificate of Conformity (CoC). The delivery term is FCA supplier's premises (Incoterms 2020). Eligible supplier countries are NATO member states, Austria and Ukraine. The estimated period of performance is 5 years. No value has been stated.
