Summary
NSPA, the NATO Support and Procurement Agency, is announcing a potential upcoming procurement through a Future Business Opportunity notice (FBO, reference 26LDS047). The procurement concerns mechanical and spare parts for the PATRIOT weapon system. The system OEM is the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (CAGE 18876). The annex contains 16 line items. Most parts carry CAGE code 18876, but codes from other manufacturers are also included, such as 7MWC4, 22377, 3B150, C2311, C3560, 94080 and 06845. The most significant items and quantities are retaining straps (STRAP, RETAINING), 350 units in total across two lines; 34 spacers; 20 compression springs; 8 friction clutch assemblies; and 8 weather protection kits. Smaller quantities of fasteners, a cable assembly, cargo rail assemblies, linear actuating cylinders, piston pumps, metal tube assemblies, mounting adapters, a welding electrode and 3 radar receiver-transmitters (RECEIVER-TRANSMITTER, RADAR) will also be procured. The quality requirement is an OEM Certificate of Conformity (OEM CoC). No value has been stated. The FBO is for information only and is not a request for proposal. Responding is not mandatory, and not responding does not preclude participation in a subsequent RFP. Submitting bids in response to NSPA solicitations requires registration in the NSPA Source File supplier register. The deadline for the notice is 30 October 2026. The schedule for the actual RFP, the delivery schedule and the evaluation criteria will be published on the NSPA eProcurement portal and are not included in this summary.
