Summary
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has issued a Future Business Opportunity (FBO) notice (ID 26LDS048, type SU) concerning a potential future procurement of electrical and electronic spare parts for the PATRIOT weapon system. The system OEM is the US Army Aviation and Missile Command (CAGE 18876). The FBO is for information purposes only. It is not a Request for Proposal and does not commit NSPA to any procurement. Responding is voluntary, and not responding does not preclude participation in any subsequent RFP. The annex lists 18 line items totalling approximately 843 units. Key items include electrical connector plugs and receptacles (including the MIL-DTL-38999/D38999/46 series and OEM part number 10267418, which covers two lines totalling 400 units), indicator lights (230 units), optoelectronic control-display units (50 units), flexible metallic conduit assemblies (25 units), wire-wound resistors (20 units) and linear microcircuits (20 units). The list also includes small quantities of crystal oscillators, variable attenuators, mast housings, RF cable assemblies and circuit card assemblies. NSN and part numbers as well as CAGE codes are provided for each item. The quality requirement is an OEM Certificate of Conformity (OEM CoC). Registration in the NSPA Source File is mandatory in order to respond to the RFP. The deadline stated in the notice is 30 October 2026. The procurement value, delivery schedule, contract period and evaluation criteria have not been disclosed. The preliminary procurement schedule and any RFP will be published on the NSPA eProcurement portal. Their terms have not been taken into account in this summary.
