NSPA – DLM, OSM and PDS for S-723 (Denmark) and S-743 (Greece) Martello radars

Summary

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has published Future Business Opportunity (FBO) 26LDM026 announcing its intention to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new Outline Agreement supporting the S-723 radar in Denmark and the S-743 radar fleet in Greece. The systems are the MARTELLO 3D RADAR S-743 and the MARTELLO S723 3D ADGE. The OEM is BAE SYSTEMS PROJECT SERVICES LTD. (CAGE KCX40). Required services are Depot Level Maintenance (DLM), Onsite Maintenance Support (OSM) and Post Design Services (PDS). Estimated yearly quantities are: S-743, 80 DLM cases, 10 OSM cases and 5 PDS cases; S-723, 5 DLM cases. No contract value is stated. Quality assurance requirements are AQAP-2131 for DLM, AQAP-2110 for PDS and AQAP-2070 for GQAR. The estimated period of performance is 3 + 2 years. Onsite work takes place at the Moustakos, Pilion, Parnis and Vitsi radar sites in Greece and the Bornholm radar site in Denmark. DLM and PDS are performed at the contractor's facilities. The contractor's staff must hold or obtain NATO clearances to access the radar sites. Registration in NSPA's Source File is mandatory to respond to the RFP.
