NSPA – Two Helicopter Maintenance Hangars, Armilla, Spain (FBO 26OEM028)

Summary

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has published a Future Business Opportunity (FBO No. 26OEM028) for a potential construction contract in Spain. The procurement covers the construction of two (2) new helicopter maintenance hangars, including workshop facilities, offices and associated infrastructure. The works will be carried out at Armilla Air Force Base in Spain. The scope of the contract includes, among other things: demolition of existing infrastructure (2 old hangars), roads and parking areas, utility connections (including electricity, sewerage, water, piping connections, the site BMS, fire connections and CIS), green areas, security systems and civil works on the aircraft apron. The FBO was published on 28 August 2026 and the associated deadline is 28 January 2027.
