Summary
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) announces an upcoming procurement (Future Business Opportunity 26LMS048). The procurement covers various spare parts for the MLRS E rocket launcher system, whose original equipment manufacturer is KNDS Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Werk Kassel (CAGE D2692). The notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a commitment to procure. Responding is not mandatory, and not responding does not preclude participation in a subsequent RFP. The annex lists 29 line items, each with an NSN, part number and CAGE code. Some part numbers recur on several lines. Items include: Moog GmbH (CAGE C0328) DC motors D326-107A, D324-061 and D325-067 and electronic assembly T806-000A0036; KNDS special cable assemblies and RF cable assemblies; junction boxes 2695-400000 (10 units) and 2695-500000 (2 units); a position transmitter; fenders (12 units); fastening straps (30 units); and small parts such as repair plates and latch strikers. Quantities per line range from 1 to 30 units. No software or licences are being procured. The quality requirement for most items is AQAP 2131-level G1-04, i.e. a manufacturer's or OEM Certificate of Conformity (CoC). The junction boxes require G3-04, i.e. Government Quality Assurance (GQA) and a supplier CoC signed by the GQAR. Bidders must be registered in the NSPA Source File. The deadline for the notice is 2 November 2026. Place of delivery, transport services and period of performance will only be defined in the RFP. Evaluation criteria and value are not stated. A more detailed schedule and the final terms will be published on the NSPA eProcurement portal and have not been taken into account in this summary.
