Summary
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA, Capellen, Luxembourg) requests firm fixed price proposals for one (1) power supply, NSN 6130010434055, for the E-3A AWACS aircraft. Reference part numbers are Northrop Grumman Systems Corp (CAGE 03956) P/N 1803952 and Brown Helicopter Inc (CAGE 5V361) P/N PCX24. Maximum overall length and width are 2.625 inches. Delivery is FCA Contractor's facilities (Incoterms 2020). Material must be NEW of current production from the original manufacturer, its licensee or an authorised distributor. NEW-SURPLUS material is acceptable if it has documented traceability to an approved source. FAA PMA parts, over-run parts, recycled parts and substitutes without NSPA approval are not accepted. Quality requirements are AQAP 2130, which also applies to subcontractors. A Certificate of Conformity from the OEM is required, using the AQAP 2070 template. For US-origin material, export control details must be given (USML category or ECCN, Schedule B code).
