Summary
The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) intends to award a sole source contract to Lockheed Martin Global, Inc. (Liverpool, NY, USA; NCAGE 6WZB6) for spare parts for the AN/FPS-117 and AN/TPS-77 radar systems (NPSSA No. 26LDS049). The requirement covers 25 NSN-identified line items, totalling 123 units. These include 29 radar receiver-transmitters in three NSNs (5, 5 and 19 units), numerous circuit card assemblies, amplifier subassemblies and predrivers, power supplies (12 and 3 units), frequency synthesizers, filters, switch assemblies, plug-in sockets, an electronic components assembly, an APC module and a 220/208 VAC vaneaxial fan. No estimated value is stated. NSPA justifies the sole source approach on the grounds that Lockheed Martin is the design authority and original equipment manufacturer of both radar systems. Firms that believe they can meet the requirement may submit evidence of demonstrated capability, such as proof of prior performance, to procurement41@nspa.nato.int and source-file@nspa.nato.int. Submissions are due no later than 10 calendar days after publication on 26 October 2026; the listing gives the deadline as 6 November 2026. NSPA will reply in writing within 15 calendar days. A formal complaint may be filed within 5 calendar days of NSPA's assessment, with appeal possible to the ARDB. No delivery schedule is given. The referenced NSPA Operating Instructions (4200-01, 4200-08, 4200-09) and the ARDB Practice Direction contain further conditions not covered in this summary.
