NSPA – Contracted Logistic Services (CLS) for Fire Extinguishers (26SAM012)

Summary

NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency) is seeking a contractor to provide Contracted Logistic Services (CLS) for fire extinguishers to NATO units in several countries. The procurement covers a fleet of approximately 1,000 fire extinguishers (the quantity may increase) distributed among NATO units in Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, Croatia and Belgium. Support may also be requested at other locations. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering the services in accordance with national regulations at each location. The required services include technical inspection, certification, refilling, delivery of new fire extinguishers, repair and disposal of old fire extinguishers. This is a long-term contract with a duration of no less than 3 and no more than 5 years. The required quality assurance level is ISO 9001. Bidders must be registered as suppliers in the NSPA Source File in order to take part in the competition. Registration instructions are available on the NSPA website. Suppliers from all NATO countries are eligible. The tentative RFP date and the notice deadline are both 6 November 2026. No estimated value has been stated.
