NSPA – Upcoming CBRN Requirements (FBO 26LBS070)

Summary

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has issued an advance notice to industry (Future Business Opportunity, FBO No. 26LBS070) of upcoming CBRN procurements. The notice is issued in accordance with Section 6.2 of NSPA Procurement Regulation 4200-01 and is published for information purposes only. It is not a solicitation and does not commit NSPA to initiate a procurement. Responding to this FBO is not mandatory, and not responding does not prevent participation in any Requests for Proposal (RFPs) issued later. The potential procurements cover a wide range of CBRN protection, decontamination and medical materiel: CBRN gloves and boots, CBRN protective suits, HAZMAT and splash suit systems, a CBRN laboratory, a patient transport system, a training simulator, CS tablets, dosimeters/spectrometers, and decontamination agents and consumables. A separate, more detailed FBO will be published later for each requirement. Participation in NSPA solicitations requires registration in the NSPA Source File supplier register. The notice states a deadline of 1 February 2027. However, as this is an advance notice without an actual solicitation, timelines will be confirmed in the RFP documents to be published later. The value, quantities and detailed technical requirements have not been announced at this stage.
