NSPA – Renovation of Building 1E at SOC Taranto (FBO 26SAM013)

Summary

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) has published a Future Business Opportunity (FBO No. 26SAM013) for the renovation of Building 1E at the NSPA Southern Operational Centre (SOC) in Taranto, Italy. This is a design-and-build contract covering Executive Design, construction and renovation works. The scope of work includes Executive Design technical documentation and construction-ready documents; structural strengthening and reinforcement, including floor slab strengthening; demolition and removal works and waste disposal; civil and architectural works, including new internal partitions and finishes; and building services (MEP) systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems (distribution, lighting, earthing), data/ICT infrastructure and cabling, and fire safety systems (fire detection and suppression). It also covers occupational health and safety arrangements and all testing, commissioning and handover. The building to be renovated is approximately 5 metres high with a floor area of approximately 200 square metres. Bidders must hold and maintain a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Registration in the NSPA Source File supplier register is mandatory to submit a bid. The estimated period of performance is December 2026 to June 2027. The FBO was published on 17 September 2026, and the associated deadline is 16 November 2026.
